1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

All products in this store are digital crochet patterns delivered electronically as instant downloads.
Once the purchase is completed and the files are made available for download, all sales are final.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following rare cases:

• You purchased the same item more than once by mistake

• The file is corrupt and cannot be opened, and a working replacement cannot be provided

4. EU Customers
